We are seeking an experienced business partner to source & develop relationships with legitimate shipping carriers for our E-Commerce business purposes to maximize our shipping efficiency and consumer value proposition.


  • Develop new strategies to streamline shipping processes, maximizing efficiency and minimizing cost.
  • Research, engage & onboard shipping carriers while coordinating with our partner Concise to build out a comprehensive national network.
  • Manage and monitor the carriers and third-party services while acting as primary contact to our shipping partners.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with interstate traffic laws and industry regulations.
  • Determine and report needs for route expansion.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate software logistics with current company processes.
  • Help create and manage logistics budgets for leadership team.
  • Act as communication liaison to ensure clients, departments and/or other required parties are kept privy to relevant information.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Sales Representative

  • Aiming to gain new customer, looking for vape shop or wholesale distribution center by searching, cold calling, emailing, visiting and/or other approachable method.

Job Description

The Customer Service Agent will be answering product and service questions via ticket, suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company's customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Job Descriptions:

  • Open and respond tickets via Salesforce.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

This position requires analysis of several datasets exported from databases, over-sighting call analyst reports, and reading pie, bar, and line charts to help measure client performance metrics.

Job Duties:

• Interpreting unusual patterns across many datasets

• Formatting and developing custom client call log reports for sales team

• Organizing diverse datasets into various categories

• Coordinated work with IT to identity and help fix system issues

• Research elements relating to various ongoing projects as assigned

• Producing daily, weekly, monthly, and annually reports, like top 100/200/400 sold products/ device/E-juice/Disposables per week/month/quarter. Inventory analysis by weekly/monthly/quarterly.

• Other specialized reports as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills

• Intermediate to advanced excel skills, including writing array formulas, complex functions / algorithms and working with pivot tables to process large amounts of data.

• Highly developed organizational skills are essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to work with total of an hour on Saturday and Sunday (maybe 30 mins a day) to review social media accounts, post some contents, and check our website and social platforms to make sure business runs well, or report to the manager immediately if anything went wrong.
