Returns - PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE FILING A RETURN.

In order to successfully process your return please follow this Checklist:
- A filled out return form must be emailed to email@example.com prior to sending in your return
- The return form is not editable, so it must be filled out by hand then scanned and emailed
- The physical return form must also accompany your shipment of returns, please include it in your envelope/box
- Your return must be approved by a representative before it is sent to us - contact by email or phone
- You must receive an RMA Number from a representative and it must be present or written on the outside of the package or your return will not be processed
- The original invoice must be sent in with your returned item with the returned item highlighted/underlined on the invoice
- If the items you are returning were purchased on multiple invoices then all invoices must be included and items highlighted
- The return form linked on this page must be filled out and sent in with your returns package - inside your shipment as well as emailed
- The item must have to have been purchased from eightcig - items purchased from other vendors will just be discarded
- The item must have no signs of physical damage outside of normal wear and light usage
- Returned items can either be exchanged for the same item or store credit will be applied to your account with eightcig.com
- Cash refunds are not available for wholesale purchases
- Items with major scratches or visible physical damage will not be eligible for return
- Items with manufacturer's Visual Defects like small paint chips will not be accepted for return
- Small defects like missing a battery door magnet or loose connections will not be accepted for return
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days from date of billing
- The Following Items Cannot be returned so please do not send them
Qualified and Excluded Products:
Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and obvious safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on the following items:
- Used/Opened Tank/RDA/RDTA systems.
- 420 Products
In order for your defective item to be eligible for exchange or credit, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must not show signs of physical damage or severe scratching
- Cannot be exchangedfor minor visual defects, such as minor scuffs, or discoloration
- All accessories included in the purchased package must be sent in with the defective device
- Please pack your exchange well. We cannot give full credit on devices that are damaged during transportation back to us due to poor packaging
- If damage during transportation is clearly the fault of the carrier, you will not be held liable for damage as long as the item was packed with care
- Must not be on the list of non-exchangeable items
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Fill out the return form with the required information for each item you are returning in a return batch. Once filled out, you must email the form to firstname.lastname@example.org via an attachment and indicate in your email that you are returning items. Please include a physical copy of the form inside your shipment of returns. Eightcig does not reimburse shipment costs for returned items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Eightcig LLC will not be held responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or defect, permanent or temporary that may be caused by the improper use of a LI-ION battery. Please have a basic understanding of the batteries you are using and how to care for them properly.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this falls on the .
If an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will conduct an investigation that may take up to 30 days. Based on the information provided and tracking data from the respective carrier, the time of investigation may vary. Note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged products returned to Eightcig.com. If we recognize the package has been damaged, or the products being returned are missing or not our product, we will notify you within 24-48 hours of processing your return.
